HOSE TEST RIGS

Hydratron can design and manufacture Hose Test Rigs to suit individual
specifications. Pictured are:
(a) A Hydraulic Hose Proof Test Rig
capable of testing upto 3 hoses simultaneously at pressures upto
1897 Bar. It has a fully interlocked safety compartment, fast fill
facility and dual pressure gauges.
(b) A Hydraulic Hose Pulsation
Test Rig which "impulse tests" sample hoses to BS5173;
section 102.5: (ISO 6803-1984)
(c) A Fully Automated PLC Controlled Test Rig with dual test compartments and hydraulic clamping.
